I am a small business owner according to § 19 UStG. No VAT is charged or shown.

2. Scope

These Terms & Conditions apply to all offerings, classes, private sessions, workshops and retreats that are booked via my website or through Eversports.

3. Booking & Formation of Contract

Bookings for online classes (Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga) and for 1:1 sessions are made directly via my website or via email/contact form.

Bookings for certain workshops or events — such as the Cacao & Yin Journey — are made through the external provider Eversports.
When clicking the registration link, you will be redirected to the platform; the privacy policy and terms of Eversports apply.

For retreats, registration first takes place via an interest form or by email. Only after confirmation does the contract become binding.

A binding contract is formed upon successful booking or confirmation.

4. Prices & Payment

All prices are listed on my website or, for specific events, on Eversports.

Payments for online classes, private sessions, and healing work are processed directly through my website via the integrated payment system.

Payments for workshops or ceremonies booked via Eversports are processed directly on the Eversports platform.

Payments for retreats are handled as described in the respective retreat information (for example, through bank transfer or deposit arrangements).

5. Cancellation Policy

Online Offerings (Yoga & Healing Sessions)

Cancellations are possible up to 12 hours before the start of the session.
For later cancellations, the session is forfeited; refunds are excluded.

Hands-on Healing (in person)

Sessions take place by arrangement, either at the client’s home or at the provider’s location.
Cancellations are possible up to 12 hours before the appointment.
Later cancellations result in forfeiture of the appointment; refunds are excluded.

Workshops & Ceremonies via External Providers

For workshops or ceremonies booked through platforms such as Eversports, the terms of the respective provider apply.

Retreats

For retreats, the conditions stated in the respective retreat announcement apply.

6. Liability Disclaimer

Participation in yoga, breathwork, energy work, and all other offerings is at your own responsibility.
In case of health concerns, medical advice must be sought beforehand.

I am only liable for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent conduct on my part.


7. Data Protection

The processing of personal data follows my Privacy Policy.
Bookings made via Eversports are additionally subject to the privacy policy of Eversports.

8. Online Offerings

For online yoga and online private sessions, a stable internet connection is required.
I am not responsible for technical issues on the participant’s side (internet, devices, etc.).

9. Substitutions & Cancellation of Classes

If a class, workshop, or session must be cancelled for an important reason, a replacement date will be offered or the fee will be refunded.

10. Copyright

All content (videos, materials, meditations, music, texts) may not be copied, distributed, or shared without written permission.

11. Severability Clause

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is or becomes invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
